Grace Beauty, LLC, a New York City based beauty distribution and venture capital company, has announced two new members of its team.

William McClelland has joined Grace Beauty as chief operating officer, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Grace Beauty and Grace Beauty Capital, LLC. McClelland is focused on the development of the firm’s early stage, growth capital and strategic investment strategy.  Prior to joining Grace Beauty, he was managing director of research at Ironwood Capital Management, responsible for investment selection and risk management.  He is also co-founder of Bambike, a leading bamboo bicycle manufacturer with the goal of making the greenest bikes on the planet.

Kim Parsley has joined Grace Beauty as vice president of sales for national accounts, responsible for direct sales management as well as strategy and category development for mass and chain drug retailers. Parsley holds more than 25 years of senior retail merchant experience at Walmart across multiple beauty categories including fragrance and hair care, as well as finance. She has key expertise in buying, visual merchandising, global sourcing and inventory management.
